Equipment Directory:

Check the database for a list of the devices/equipment in the MATLN collection.

Borrowing equipment from the MATLN library is easy!

Simply write us a letter on your organization's letterhead addressed to MATLN.
The letter should include the following information:
•  First Name of the person that the device is for;
•  Age;
•  Ethnicity;
•  Gender;
•  Primary diagnosis;
•  County of residence;
•  Device you wish to borrow.

MATLN will ship out the device when it is available, or we will add your letter to the device waiting list and contact you when it becomes available. Please keep in mind the following points when borrowing from MATLN:
•  The borrower is strongly encouraged to use the device in all settings;
•  Devices can be on loan for 4 weeks;
•  Overdue fees apply for all late returns;
•  Devices are sent from UCP in working order;
•  Items become the responsibility of the organization and must be well maintained;
•  An invoice will sent to the borrowing agency for lost or damaged items.
